2026-02-13

Vieworks, a global provider of imaging solutions, reported consolidated revenue of 239.3 billion won and operating profit of 21.4 billion won for 2025.
Revenue rose 7.4% from a year earlier, the highest in the company's history. Operating profit fell 4.1%, reflecting costs from subsidiary expansion and increased R&D spending on new businesses.
Static X-ray detectors generated 102.5 billion won, up about 1.5%. Growth came from expanded supply of the premium VIVIX-S F series and large-area detectors in North America and Europe. Dynamic X-ray detectors posted 38.4 billion won, supported by dental and fluoroscopic imaging markets.
Industrial X-ray detectors for non-destructive testing rose 43.9% to 25.9 billion won. Demand for industrial CT applications, including battery inspection, increased, and the company's bendable detector gained traction in ship and pipeline inspection.
Machine vision solution generated 47.2 billion won, up 11.4%, driven by demand for high-resolution inspection of high-bandwidth memory and AI semiconductors. Vieworks plans to release next-generation interface products for high-speed, long-distance machine vision systems this year and to expand sales through subsidiaries in key customer regions.
In digital slide scanners, the company plans to activate sales networks at overseas locations following supply agreements in North America and Europe, and to segment its lineup from research to clinical diagnostic applications.
Vieworks also announced shareholder return measures. It set a cash dividend of 690 won per share, totaling 6.2 billion won and up 12.4% from a year earlier, for a payout ratio of 28.2% based on net profit attributable to owners of the parent.
The company also approved the retirement of all 388,589 treasury shares it holds, valued at about 9.9 billion won based on the closing price the day before the resolution. Including prior actions since February 2025, this brings cumulative retirements to about 10.3% of shares outstanding.
